Join Halé for a hike along the beautiful Lycian Way in Southwest Turkey.
The Lycian Way is known as one of the “World’s Ten Best Walks”. The area is now inhabited by some of the earliest Turks to arrive from Central Asia in the eleventh century, the Yörük. These nomadic people still go down to the coast in the winter and back up the mountains in the summer to pasture their sheep and goats. This area abounds with ancient relics tucked into the scented pine forests that line the Mediterranean coast. Revel in beautiful turquoise waters, scenic sandy coves and the majestic Taurus mountain range as we travel by foot this ancient pathway.
