Heart of Nourishment, Halé Sofia Schatz

Is Halé available for individual  consultations?
Occasionally we have openings in the schedule for individual consultations. Consultations can take place in person, phone, or by skype.  Depending on the area of concern and scheduling, sessions are one to two times in the first month and then usually once every 3-5 weeks thereafter. The initial session is 2.0 hours at $250, and consecutive sessions are $150 per hour.  Most consecutive sessions will  be 1.5 hours.  Credit cards and checks are accepted. If it is not possible for a private consultation with Halé, we can refer you to someone who is trained in the nourishment work. For further information, please email us at info@heartofnourishment.com and let us know your particular area of concern.

Does Heart of Nourishment offer any mentoring or training programs ?
The Heart of Nourishment offers seasonal Mentoring and Training programs in the local Boston area. Presently we offer a  2-week non-residential Nourishment Cleanse Training every July.   Please email us at info@heartofnourishment.com if you are interested in a training or mentoring program.

How are the Tele-Cleanses formatted? What kind of interaction is there?
The Tele-Cleanse provides many benefits: a small, supportive, group setting in the privacy of your own home or office. Halé’s gentle and insightful style encourages each person’s process towards deeper well-being and inner growth. Participants frequently comment on how amazed and pleased they are with the depth of support, guidance and rapport which is established even though group members meet via telephone. The Tele-Cleanse works like a conference call. Upon registration, the telephone number and PIN will be given. Participants call at the appointed time, entering the PIN number as prompted. Halé’s teaching style is interactive and engaging. Individual questions are encouraged. Participants will be guided and supported during the whole 10-day process. If you are calling from outside the Boston area (nationally or internationally), it is a regular long distance call. A land line is suggested (instead of a cell phone connection) for better audio reception.

I am interested in holistic nutrition. Do you know of any related programs?
There is an excellent program in New York City. For more information about the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, please visit integrativenutrition.com.
