Serves 2–4
- 1 cup coarsely grated daikon radish
- 1 cup coarsely grated carrot
- 1/2 cup sunflower sprouts (clover, broccoli, or alfalfa sprouts may be substituted)
- 1–2 lemons or limes, juiced
- sea salt to taste
Combine all ingredients and toss gently.
